I loved the enthusiasm , welcoming hospitality of the owner Jessie and staff , the venue is a hidden gem .

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the aircons were not working in both rooms , but that wasn't their fault, and they were honest about it . I understand that because of where they are situated to get any reliable people to fix things, it is a problem .

The setting was fantastic. Building and features outstanding. Jessie and her team were first class. Breakfast was served on time and with a smile.

The gravel road is better suited to a higher vehicle.

We thought we were staying at QSafari but we were directed to another property and told to drive to QSafari for meals. This was not what we expected. The Accomodation we were given was not what the pictures portrayed. Jessie was incredible and relocated us to QSafari as that is what we had booked. But we were not given a family room and two of us ended up moving at midnight into the other room and sleeping L on the floor. We booked Aircon, there was no Aircon. The fan only had one speed and it was very hot and not comfortable. A terrible night sleep. Good was lovely and the staff were great. But my advice would definitely be to double check where you are staying as in fact the family room pics were the luxury lodge. So not clear

No fan remote. No Aircon. Very basic facilities in the room. Only one pillow Very hot location and not a lot of areas to relax. Boma was not open - we booked based on that feature

Terrible dirt road to get there that adds 45 minutes to your travel. Not suited for an overnight stop. Did not stay in the room what we booked and had to drive to another location to eat. Had just a few drops coming from the shower so couldn’t shower.
