Beautiful and cosy apartment in centre

Via centralissima, metro a 200mt, in un palazzo vecchio e malandato,

Fatevi spiegare bene come funziona il codice di accesso e il numero dell'appartamento, perché altrimenti non si trova. Necessario qualche asciugamano in più e qualche altro lenzuolo. La cucina non funziona magari aggiungere qualche scodella.

location was good not in the center of all the tourist madness but everything is within walking distance ,the area and apartment block felt safe ,there was an aldi two mins walk away,check in was by door code ,which is easier if there are a few of ye traveling together so no trouble with keys .

hmmm,its one of them really annoying apartments that just has a million tiny little issues that makes it not an enjoyable stay unfortunately,before i stayed i read all the reviews on this apartment and the reviews swung wildly from people who loved it to people who really didn't like it at all, the apartment was renovated i am guessing was renovated around ten years ago and has welcomed 1000s of people since and it shows,the cleaners do i good job cleaning it but everything feels grimy like you kinda want to was your hands after touching anything,the heating in the main area /bedroom wasn't working when i arrived so it was the third day before i had heating ,i had to contact the agency again to get the wifi code it wasn't wrote down anywhere ,its unbelievable but there is only one cup and one tea spoon in the whole apartment so you have to drink coffee in turns ???,but also there is no plug in sink to do any washing up and no dishwasher to wash up there is no blind in kitchen and you feel very over looked especially at night ,the only mirror in the house is in the bathroom but the bulb above the mirror is not working so hard to see ,the is no holder for the shower head so you must hold the shower hose at all times ,the TV is the smallest i have ever seen its about the size of a laptop screen with the awful sound quality to match,most of the furniture is wonky and old etc etc etc ,a trip to IKEA and 500 would cure 90 percent of all the issues and turn this back into a nice rental but i get the feeling they dont care that much and will continue to book this apartment out,so my advice is if you get this apartment super cheap and just looking for somewhere to leave your bags and to sleep go for it ,but if you want a nice place to stay and require more than one cup and one spoon there is 1000 better apartments to rent in Budapest.

The location was good overall and our host was very helpful with helping us figure out stuff, like how the heater works . The appartment was very nice and pretty clean all in all . I would go again

We did not have any big complains . Our heater didn't work properly the first day but everything was resolved so it was no biggie

Location and a pretty simple check-in process.

Facilities pretty run down. Showers were broken. No air-con but with two fans one of which was damaged (not functioning). Completely filthy sofa. Clearly no interest in maintaining the property, no attention and poor amenities. Hosts never connected / contacted us. Will never be back and we highly recommend that Booking.com assess properties like these, which do not meet what the property promotes (“Beautiful and cozy apartment”, is a joke/scam).

The kitchen is well equipped, we received towels and bed linen nicely prepared, the space is well organized considering the layout, the house rules were short and clear, posted in a clear and visible place.

The shower head was broken and the only way you could wash yourself was with a hose that was wrapped around so that movement was limited, the toilet was too small, you didn't even have room to wipe yourself after you went to the bathroom, the kitchen sink was a bit small, the entrance to the building was dirty, things were piled up like it was a dump.
