"Brilliant location!"

The location was perfect! I loved the fact I could access the gardens freely and effortlessly. Brilliant location. Small little studio apartment perfect for solo travel. Great to have free parking across the road.

The bed is a little squeaky but it is comfortable. Not easily acceptable if a bit older.

"Good location if you enjoy quiet area - value for money"

Good location - good views of the lake and short walk through the gardens to the centre without luggage. Long haul if you have luggage - Had we known would have caught the scenic train which goes past the apartment.

"Great place to stay & a quiet base from which to explore Lake Como."

Quiet situation but close to Bellagio & with easy access to the lake ferries. A real bonus - to be able to walk through the gardens into Bellagio. Balcony seating & views were good.

A bit more information on how to find the apartment -walking from the ferry, would have been useful.

"Great and cute close to Bellagio"

The appartement is very cute. It has everything you need and is only 15min walk from the town of bellagio at night, or 10min during the day as you can walk through Villa Melzi Garden.

It would be better to have duvet cover to guaranty all beddings are clean but this is my only negative point.

"Superb"

Great location next to villa Melzi. You get a free access to the garden as a guest and it’s a nice walk through the garden to the center of Bellagio. Free parking, nice room with kitchen.

Not a big deal but a hand soap would be nice

"Wonderful apartment in an amazing location with free access to fabulous Villa Mezzi gardens opposite"

The location was amazing with direct/free access to Villa Mezzi and its amazing gardens for a beautiful walk into Bellagio. Free parking in Villa Mezzi grounds was greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean/well equipped and we had a lovely view of the lake. The host was very friendly/communicative and kindly let us check out an hour later than planned as we had been to a wedding the previous evening.

Nothing - everything à was wonderful!
