Beautiful quiet location right next to gardens and lakefront, with free parking Free admission to gardens which are both beautiful and a flat, direct shortcut to center of Bellagio Spacious room with fridge and small kitchen

A little more detail on how to drive into the restricted access road and park the car would be nice. Also more info on how to use the garden pass to walk to town. Without the shortcut, it’s a hilly roadside slog up and down to town. The gardens do close at 7 pm so you lose the shortcut at night.

The location was incredible, closest accommodation to living in a villa!

Very spacious- large kitchen and dining area. Clean. Easy to check in and out at your leisure. Great value for money.

Location- it’s about a 20 minute walk to Bellagio centre

Location was perfect, and it was so nice to have a little balcony view of Lake Como. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had all basic amenities. We really enjoyed staying here and having parking across the street was such. great bonus. Perfect little spot for our stay!

Lovely big room with lots of space, gorgeous views of the lake, good sized kitchen, lots of storage, nice host, good value for money, free access to villa outside, good central location

Would be nice to have a spatula, pepper grinder, salt grinder, bigger bin & a bed sheet that can be washed rather than a reused blanket

Spacious apartment with good hot water and ammenities for a good price.

It was a little bit further from the heart of Bellagio than I expected and we were unable to walk through the garden to Bellagio because of garden hours, etc

The location was convenient for dinner meals, shopping, and sightseeing.

Overall, the initial arrival information from Varenna to Bellagio, would have been helpful, to know, to go in the recommended direction, to avoid, going in the wrong direction, even with GPS.

The location right next to Melzi gardens, the free entry to the gardens was a real bonus. Super pleasant walk to Bellagio Centre. Parking easy & private. Comfy apartment & facilities. We had a lovely view of the lake in appartamento 'Dino'. Easy contact to our host through WhatsApp, with quick response to questions. Bellagio Is stunning! Walk up to the piazza by the church for cheaper prices for bars, restaurants and gelato! Ferry trip to Varenna a great day out. Botanic gardens at villa Monastero, well worth the entry fee, a most beautiful place.

Had to walk back from Bellagio along the road, after the gardens shut, at 18.30. But there is now a designated walkway along the narrow road. Take a torch if you are coming home after dark.
