FRPetit déjeuner super. Emplacement super. Proximité du lac. Transport en commun à proximité pour aller à Annecy.
Hôtel visiblement orienté vers les courts séjours. Paiement par chèques non accepté, ce qui n'était pas mentionné clairement. Installation électrique déficiente. Prix pas du tout en rapport avec les prestations (surtout les restaurants). Difficulté de se garer car parking souvent plein, donc je n'ai pas utilisé ma voiture pendant le séjour.

Le coin restauration au niveau de la piscine a été fermé lors de nos jours présents dans l’établissement, par temps de canicule cela aurait été préférable de se restaurer sur place .. Par temps de canicule, pas de climatisation dans les lieux communs ( halls, restaurant petit dej) Absence de toilettes près de la piscine La porte de la piscine qui est compliquée à ouvrir et brûlante avec le soleil.. serrure sécurisée en mode sirop pour enfant à ouvrir ! Pas de possibilité d’accéder à la piscine en attendant d’avoir la chambre, ni de prendre un repas au restaurant ..

bitterly disappointed with room overlooking carpark. sun beds were 100 euros to prebook.
USEverything was great! Delicious buffet breakfast, pool time was comfortable and a great massage. Meals were tasty

Very poor Wifi. Breakfast not good value. Private day functions ruined the experience for actual staying guests - making it too busy and noisy. Serenity garden? How does that work with 150 in a wedding party adjacent to it? Pool used as a creche for their many children.
