FRHôtel très bien situé, tout proche du centre d Annecy, avec un bon restaurant, une belle terrasse vue lac, avec piscine, parasols et transats pour un moment de détente.
La climatisation était en panne, le petit déjeuner n était vraiment pas a la hauteur pour le prix

Староватый, немного потрепанный отель. Был очень неприятный запах из ванной комнаты. Кровать не очень удобная. Не соответствует цена/качество. Вы платите за вид из окна и местоположение только. По комфорту не стоит своих денег.

Le tarif payé n est pas du tout en adéquation avec les services que nous avons pu avoir Nous n avons pas pu nous garer quand nous sommes arrivés Nous n avions pas de place de transat à la piscine oú nous sommes restés debout Nous devions nous faufiler au milieu d un mariage pour accéder à la piscine ce qui est fortement désagréable Nous n avons pas pu manger sur place car le restaurant était privatisé pour ce dernier Dans ces cas là il faut PRÉVENIR ou adapter ses TARIFS

The outside terrace looks in good condition and is modern. The rest of the hotel is very tired and needs a refurbishment. The bedrooms were small and the space inside was very awkward in terms of the design The reason for the poor review.... On entering our room it was clear that the air conditioning unit was not working. There was an error message on the display. Whilst it is hard to be certain, I'm pretty sure that this was a known about issue and we should a)never have been given that room and b)at least been informed about it in advance. On discussing it with the hotel clerk, he was very apologetic saying that he had no other rooms to give us and that he would get an engineer out and hopefully at least place a portable air conditioner in or put a fan in the room. We would obviously have had to leave the window open for the portable air conditioning. An hour or so later, we went to get an update, to be told that the engineer would not be able to come in till tomorrow, that there were no portable air-conditioning units and that there were no fans available. We were also told that in total 8 rooms now had no air-conditioning. It was late in the evening by this stage and we decided to buy our own fans from a local super market at a cost of €40. As we were leaving the shop, we had a phone call to say that someone had cancelled their reservation and there was a room available now with aircon. The final straw for me was that on check out, we were charged an additional premium for the room because it had a view over the lake as opposed to the room we had originally booked. I personally don't think this is appropriate considering the circumstances.
