Kompletne vybavený nový, čistý apartmán s možnosťou uzatvoreného parkovania v prízemí obytného komplexu, v ktorom sa nachádza aj veľký supermarket, kaviareň, barbier. Pešo do centra 25 min. Ústretová a milá majiteľka. Odporúčame.

Byt na najvyššom podlaží s priestrannou loggiou, ktorý ponúka komfort v podobe dobrej pešej dostupnosti do centra mesta, či na stanicu (cca 10-15 minút). Do potravín prejdete suchou nohou, nakoľko sa nachádzajú priamo v garáži bytového komplexu a teda nejedná sa o žiadnu mini večierku. Kúpite čokoľvek, čo potrebujete. Kvalitná kaviareň je cca 50 metrov od bytového domu. V byte bolo bez kompromisov všetko funkčné. Za zmienku stojí parkovacie miesto v garáži, tieniace žalúzie pre úplnú tmu počas noci a priateľský prístup hostiteľky Andrei. Ďakujem :)
