Very clean, comfortable, stylish

- beautiful room in a brand new building with a charming host. Everything was in top conditions. The balcony is spacious and the place is a short walk from the historic centre. There is a grocery shop close by as well. The room is quiet at night.

- the flat is on the fifth floor, but the building has a spacious elevator to get there, so not really a problem.

We were lucky that the place was still relatively new when we booked it. From the furniture to the building itself, you could tell that the place has just been around for a short period of time. The host, Andrea, was also very welcoming and she could speak English so it was definitely a plus! The place was very clean. The plates, cups, and utensils, were also new. There was free coffee and tea as well which was very kind for the host to prepare. The unit was minimalist and tidy. We had almost everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The location is a 15-20min walk from the city center of Kosice, but we did not find it bad because we preferred a quiet area to stay at night. There is also a near bakery and grocery shop around the area so you do not need to worry for your meal.

We had trouble with the parking space gate as it did not work immediately using the remote control at first but it went well the next time though.
