Dobrá poloha, za 10 min ste v centre mesta, tichá ulica, byt na najvyššom poschodí, čo sa nám páčilo. Komunikácia s majiteľkou veľmi dobrá. Bonus bol obchod priamo na prízemí bytového domu.
