Modern Shared Home for Young Adults 10 min to City Centre

When I arrived, nobody was there and the owner did not answer my phone calls. After about 40 minutes, a friend of the owner arrived and informed me that there was no room available for me. She explained that it was a Booking.com system error and that someone else had booked the room through another website. According to her, this was not the first time this had happened. As a result, I was left without accommodation in the evening, alone in a city unfamiliar to me, and had to find another place to stay at the last minute. Therefore, a booking confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that you will actually have a room available upon arrival. I strongly recommend contacting the owner directly before your stay to confirm that your reservation is valid.

Polite host, room was nice and airy and you get your own bathroom. Host helped me out in a bind, but was gracious the entire time. So I am grateful for the help this host provided.

It was good welcomed, prompt communication well, check in was at 17:00 but host made it effort and arranged a bit early on request👍

Neighbours were a bit noisy at night and evening but not too much.

I received a cancellation (from what I think was the same business/organisation but am not sure?) the day before my stay. I arranged a similar last minute stay. I then received a text saying this was cancelled a few hours before my stay. I then called this second stay and was told they had a different room I could have for which I was grateful but ruined my evening. Crumpled sheets and hairs on the bed meant I slept fully clothed, I have photos.
