Great place to stay! The lions are the main attraction and definitively worth a visit!

We had been given the “Villa” at it was amazing! Regretfully, we only could stay for one night, and it had not allowed us to enjoy amenities at full. We appreciated the look of the estate, and feeling of staff hospitality. From the first entry to the reception guests are taken care of in very friendly manner, and the lodge structure and functionality is explained. The PM Game Drive was great experience with guide Atti, who did his best to find the animals, and give the visitors details of the found species behavior.

We were disappointed by the “Rhino Trail” experience. I realize that in wildlife there are no guarantees of the sightings, but walking for 3 hours in the bush without briefing on what we look at, how the rhinos behave, etc had not make us feel engaged much in the activity. As a result, we felt that this was the most expensive hiking walk of our lifetime 🤪, not more than that.

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful and amazing lodge nestled overlooking Mount Etjo in Okonjati game reserves. The rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful palm trees and nice lawn. The staffs were helpful and friendly specially Natasha, Kylie & Cornelius. The game drive was decent and the lion feed is a must see. Rooms are well equipped with power aockets unlike most farms or lodges. ( Perhaps more commercially run) The dining area is unique setting out of this world. If you like a nice lodge with superb clean rooms and environment setting then this is awesome. If you prefer private and bespoke lodge maybe you can skip this as it’s more commercially run with bus load of tourists sometimes.

Breakfast was average and can be better. Maybe too touristy with bus loads of tourists but can fully understand for the size of the lodge.

Exceptionally photogenic place, from the lodge or on the reserve. Food was really good. Grounds are spacious and pleasant and interesting to walk around. Staff were very accommodating. Location second to none.

Rooms were a little tired. While everything at eye level and touchable was spotless the rafters were covered in a smattering of dead flies and a spider.
