Near to beach ,peaceful area

Maintainence ok

Location is very near to RK beach and anyone can see the sea from the rooftop. Breakfast was served in time in their hall. Rooms were decently spacious and clean.

They don't have their own restaurant. Menu is very much limited for breakfast. They generally bring some snacks e.g. Idli, dosa, Bada, bread toast, upma etc. without asking guests' choice.

Room size, amenities, location, well behaved and supportive staff were amazing

Breakfast is not prepared, but ordered from outside. Which will become cold after a certain time and left with very few items to be served out of a limited menu. No issue except the breakfast part.

The few things I liked about the property is - 1. It has an wheel chair accessible entrance and a lift 2. The location is really close to the sea

The list is never ending but I'll try to keep it low - 1. The rooms had a weird smell when I first checked 2. The washrooms are too high for aged people 3. The bedsheet and pillow cover were stained Last but not the least, 4. The hotel people didn't communicate with me on the first day regarding some maintenance issues. I ended up dragging my mom who's on a wheelchair around the city to find a different hotel. After clearing up all the confusion and reaching the hotel, the staff were not kind, didn't try to listen or understand the problem and just simply tried to move on.

The staff and management of this property are very bad, no proper response and resolution

We loved the stay.Initially with a little bit of concern (Treebo cancelled the booking just 10 days before the travel), when we reached we had a negative vibe going on, but the Sea Esta changed that completely. Here is what we loved: 1. The room (#504) is spacious, clean, and has nice air circulation and light. 2. Service staff is very polite and prompt in providing any sort of services. 3. The location is fabulous as it is just 500 metres away from RK Beach. 4. Uber and Swiggy are able to access the location quickly as it is a known place. 5. The area is so calm and quiet, you will feel like walking in the morning or late evening. 6. Breakfast quality has a basic standard. 7. 24/7 hot water in washroom. 8. The bed/mattress is very comfortable.

Apart from the above there are a few weeks I would like to highlight only. 1. The person at the reception should be a bit cheerful and proactive with his attitude, instead gloomy and upset (looks like only). 2. Food quality is good, but no variety in breakfast. We all love Idli, Vada and all, however once in a while it would be great to have something different too. The number of items is very less. 3. There is no wardrobe in the room, instead a bunk box with a door, should have at least a small cupboard, not a kitchen storage type of shelf. 4. Toiletries should be better in terms of quantity and quality. 5. There are internal damages in washroom basins and all, that needs to be taken care of. 6. The hanging lamp on top of the table was not working and there was a bit of water leakage in the AC.

Location was a 5 mins walk from the beach, so great

The Location was the only plus point

Cleanliness was not upto the mark. The pre booking requests like a twin bed were not addressed and had to wait for the same after checking in.
