"RATS In my Hotel Room"

My stay from 3rd Feb - 6th Feb 2025 My Hotel Room has RATS. Despite raising complaints to reception desk no heed was paid. I had to turn the lights lit for all three nights due to which I was unable to sleep properly. And my next work day was compromised to great extent with head aches and dizziness. Rats keep on coming and going the moment there was little silence in the room and coming closer to dustbin to check for food and leaving shit behind. Extremely bad experience. I request Hotel staff and authorities must take necessary action in this regards, so that people must not be troubled due to this. I will not prefer this hotel for my next stay.

"Stay was dissapointing"

Too crowded.... too little on offer

Hotel was shabby and toilets and linen not clean enough.. Room was old and dimly lit.

Location

Everything else other than location, check out time is 12 in booking.com and 11 am at the property. Dirty rooms, poor service, unfriendly staff and bad breakfast.
