The lift was broken, we got a room on the 4th floor, and we were with kids and seniors. The lift was not working for over 24 hrs and the staff didn't care nor empathize with us. The staff was not trained for hospitality towards the guests. They were rude. There was no proper housekeeping! Washrooms and the beds were dirty, and this property does not have any sea view rooms as claimed. There were no proper toiletries and towels It's not worth the money! And it's definitely not convenient for families.

The hotel was clean and the staff's behaviour was good. They allow me early access even though it was not possible as per the policy. Rooms were clean and provided basic toiletries and beverages items. This property is very close to the beach.

"A good hotel for a short trip holidayers"

The room' was spacious , well furnished, and the washroom was hygienic, 24/7 hot water in bathroom and walkable distance to the beach, nearby restaurant,
