It is beautiful and clean

I liked the fact that the property uses a code to enter, and the stuff were friendly. the lagoon was just around the corner from where we were booked at, note! the apartment is on the 3rd floor and no lifts. the view was spectacular.

host did not send us the code on time we had to wait at the gate while trying to get hold of her which eventually we did. we got into our apartment we found the apartment not ready, it was still being cleaned of which we understood that the previous guest checked out late, but we wish there was communication regarding that but the host gave us 2 extra hours for our checkout time, appreciated. The host was not responsive she took her time to return to messages especially the night we called her to inform her we need the code to exit as it was already after midnight we wrote to her that one of us had to leave she had an emergency but we couldn't get hold of her until in the morning and she only responded to around past 9 and all she had to say was say sorry that time we had an emergency. in general we were not happy with the host shem.

Pool and lagoon not included in our package. We had to pay to get access.

Cleanliness and situated next to the beach

No essentials like coffee, tea and milk. No Small soaps for bathing and at least liquid soap for dishes not to mention hand soap. Host did not even bother to check on us if we’re okay since the place has many restrictions. On our check out day he/she did not even bother to send us pinto be able to exit the place. We waited for her for at least 30 min to send us pin and it was raining-mind you we had to call her first to ask for that pin.
