The unit was clean.

Firstly our host was the worst. How can you say we must let someone else into the apartment because they want to use our stove? What is that. If it was not for the a kind security who assisted us with a ln access code, we would have not left the place. Our host, Molefe, went AWOL on us when requesting a code for our exit. If we call her, she is busy. She did not tell us anything, we had to figure out way. Trust me, that is a lot to figure out in 1 day. She almost ruined our stay there. Molefe is the worst. I would not recommend her to anyone.

There wasn’t enough toilet paper,there’s no mats to step on in the bathrooms ,there’s no bins in the bathrooms ,Not a train smash though but it would’ve made the experience even better if we had those🙏🏻

The establishment is world class.

The issue of providing a code more than once should be improved as a matter of urgency. We can't be stucking at the gate like fools simply because pin is wrong or expired. My stay was a fallacy because of pin stuff. The veranda is also not taken good care of. It was dirty. Tea sachets and sugar not provided.
