The host was very rude on our arrival we waited out side for 2hours before we got in and her phone was off ,we didnt have access to the lagoon the whole weekend and she told us to pay her the fees for the pool directly to her account and said she spoke to people at the blyde offices to give us a discount to access the lagoon wich made us awere that we were not even on the list of guest She is now claiming that items are missing at the unit and threatening to open a case against me. She is accusing me and my friends of theft , she is harassing me and she does not want to take accountability for the bad services she offered us. When we ask her some questions she tells us many stories and i am not disputing the fact that it might be possible for missing items but she demands us to pay large amount of Money for a missing flees and a plate for R850. The lady is very rude and all of a sudden she is now full time available on whatsapp to threaten me but during the weekend she was forever off. I wish i can meet her in person and ask her why she treated us that way and why is she harassing me like this. The house was beautiful and Clean

The location and apartment was good and clean

The staff were astounding rude and i feel like i was treated racially especially by the security and staff handling access control to the beach area. The host was very rude to us when we found out that we were not going to be able to access the beach area. Eventually i had to sort out that by myself with no help from the host , no responses and she ignored our calls that entire day. Truly an horrendous experience. I would never ever book at this place again.
