Big Family Holiday Home

The convenience and location for our big family as we were there for a family wedding. Loved the ensuite bathroom toilet as well as the other bathroom toilet upstairs and the bathroom toilet downstairs it suited our need with my husband and children.

The first house we were supposed to stay in was not cleaned or ready for us to stay in. But the staff were quick to sort it out as another house was clean and ready for us to move into. The 2nd house the downstairs toilet seat was broken and the kettle didn't work so we got our to use for the stay even though the staff came and dropped off another kettle. Also having to ask the neighbor to keep moving his vehicle from the front of the house during our stay there was not good my husband was a bit mad but calmed down as we were the visitors there and then told the neighbor we will be leaving sunday. All in all enjoyed the stay

Was a great property for a family weekend away.

The location was good, we could get to most places quickly. The parking was tight at times but for the most part the other people left enough room to get past.

The sofa beds in the living room need to be taken out and burned. They were painful to sit on to the point where the whole family preferred to sit on the floor and lean against them. The toilet seats and lids in all but one bathroom are loose, they are almost falling off. I had to hold up the seat and lid with one hand sometimes while using them. For a unit which technically could sleep 10 people the crockery and utensils struggled to cover 5 people adequately. The touch door pad took many swipes to get the numbers to appear, sometime 2 or 3 minutes of stroking. It looks like it has been through the wars.

The house is new. Clean and tidy.

The sofa in the lounge is not comfortable. no mattress on it and you will sit directly into the spring of the sofa. No airconditioning or electric fan in the rooms upstairs. It is really hot specially we stay during summer christmas holiday. It is really hot.

Location is ok close to motorway. New and clean.

Parking is a little tight couches need to be replaced as its springs are firing through. No aircon besides the lounge. All toilet doors do NOT lock.
