The staff was very friendly, the villa is clean and has everything you need

The location isn’t that accesibile without any transport like scooter or car

Great location, friendly staff, nice place good value for money.

Some parts, especially the bathroom had a bad smell. There were also some mosquitoes in the bedroom although staff came and sprayed after telling them.

The villa itself was so spacious for two people, the staff went above and beyond for us during our stay. Overall 10/10 and would stay here again!

I have just returned from three weeks at Reef Villas. I could not have been more impressed. My initial dealings were with Ngurah (operations manager or something like that). He is as warm and helpful a company representative as you could hope for. He set everything in train for a memorable vacation. The villas themselves are clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. The second best thing is the location. Reef Villas is situated a few minutes from the hustle of 'downtown' Uluwatu. It is close enough that it is easily accessible; but it is far enough that you aren't overwhelmed by the craziness. The peninsula is (unsurprisingly) filled with beaches. If you want to go to the local beaches like Bingin, Padang Padang and Dreamland they are very close. I preferred the eastern beaches (Gunung Payung is a secret that belongs on any list of World's best beaches). Those beaches - Gunung Payung, Melasti and Pandawa are also an easy bike ride (go by bike not car - it takes about a third of the time). Close to Reef Villas are three terrific places for food/beverages - Elok for breakfast; and the Cashew Tree and Gypsea for drinks and/or a bite to eat. The best thing about Reef Villas is, of course, the magnificent staff. Headed by Maya, the team includes Ike, Rovi and Haikal. Honestly, I have not been treated as well as they treated me anywhere ever. From the first moment (when Maya went to a store and bought me a six pack of beer), they were sublime and did everything in their power to make my time happy. The highlight (lowlight) of their care was when I managed to lose my phone from a Grab bike. Ike and Rovi (in particular) were extraordinary. Undoubtedly, they could see the angst on my face and they went to seemingly ridiculous lengths to get my phone back. They were successful. Nothing was ever too much for the staff and I will always remember their cheerful greeting every time we saw each other. They are now my friends.

It is a slow trip to and from the airport. Obviously, Reef Villas can't be held responsible for Bali's traffic and the same consideration applies to every part of the island.

Wifi and service wasn’t amazing. Had lots of troubles. Ants and bugs were an issue in the airbnb aswell.
