"The perfect place to stay in Tivoli with a very helpful and friendly host."

The setting was stunning with the fort next door, and very central for reaching the town. Plus a handy car park right next door. And Guido couldn’t have been more helpful telling us about places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

"We had a fabulous stay / loved The Apartment and loved the easy going feel of Tivoli"

The location was excellent. There was paid parking right next door ( it is tight quarters so if you have a big car park on roof), everything was very close by. The property was very well stocked and Guido went out of his way to get in some Gluten Free and Dairy free items for our breakfast which was incredible. We loved the Villa D’este.

"Relaxing stay close to a variety of historic sites."

Very comfortable and close to the historic centre. Plenty o restaurant recommendations with money off coupons and free breakfast. The wrap around balcony have a good view of the city, particularly the tower next door. The host was generous with his time and with provisions. The water filter was particularly attractive for overseas visitors. Highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous spacious apartment with a wrap around balcony. Guido has thought of everything to make sure your stay is perfect, he provided lots of things like sun cream and make up wipes also wine and water and snacks. He went above and beyond for us. Honestly a fantastic host and a lovely guy. Tivoli is beautiful and this apartment was fantastic

"Magical town, perfect host, wonderful time"

From start to finish the experience was perfect, the view was incredible, the property was pristine and very spacious. Guido is perhaps the most perfect host we have ever encountered and quite simply couldn’t have done any more to make us feel welcome. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and if ever we return to this magical town we would think of staying nowhere else.

"Where a bed meets a luxury bath and a gorgeous view!"

The Apartment was safe, clean, comfortable and airy. Great bathtub! The location and view were incredible. The Apartment was stocked with an “extras basket” containing sunscreen, hair gel, wipes, antiseptic lotion, etc. The array of coffee, teas, and snacks (apples, yogurt, cookies, crackers) was very much appreciated. Guido, the manager, is always at your service.

Remember, it’s located in the heart of the city so it can be noisy.
