THE APARTMENT Top Floor

First of all, Guido was a great host. the facility exceeded our expectation and thanks to Guido and Tivoli we planned to visit again. Unfortunately we only spent 2 nights but it was really comfortable and convenient. Everywhere is around 8 mins walk in Tivoli, train station is nearby and there is a parking area/garage for people who travel via car like us. We did a road trip starting from Düsseldorf to Rome and Tivoli thanks to Guido's apartment was the best experience.

This Apartment is cool and very comfortable - looks right over at the Castle across the street - quite dramatic! The Castle is not open much during the week so it is private in the Apt. It is well appointed and came with a delicious bottle of local wine. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. Breakfast is a voucher to several places. We always went across the alley to the bar Matteotti where a lovely couple, Stephano and Maura took excellent care of us and our cappuccino and cafe needs. The Apt is just a block from the historic center and the many delights of Tivoli. There is a bus stop right under the apt where one can catch a bus to Hadrian's Villa. Guido took very good care of us, housekeeping came twice. There is an elevator.

Really nice, big space. Had all the amenities you could need. Was pleasantly surprised to see to what extent they had prepared for our 2 year old's stay. Really nice wrap around terrace with great views. Close to Tivoli's main attractions and groceries.

Hard to find fault with anything here really. Lots of supplies and helpful check-in.

Guido took the time to show us the apartment, walked back to our car to show us where to park. He also took us to the Laverendrie and introduced us to have our laundry done while staying there. He made restaurant suggestions and was extremely helpful in the sights to see in Tivoli. He also picked up our train tickets to Rome for us. Excellent customer service.

Guido was waiting for us at the given time we arrived, he was really friendly and showed us around. he gave all info for sightseeing around Tivoli where you can get breakfast ect. The bathtub in the bedroom is so cool elevator to the 5 floor is perfect! And waking up next to the Tivoli castle is pure magic!!

The view was beautiful. The entire apartment was comfortable and well done. The location is near perfect. Parking is convenient. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is absolutely stunning and the host really goes the distance to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The location is walking distance to the main things in Tivoli (including Villa d'Este) and only a short car ride away from Hadrian's Villa. We absolutely loved our stay in Tivoli and coming home to this apartment after days out was wonderful. We really, really loved that there is an extra tab in the kitchen where you can have filtered drinking water. This was a huge benefit for us, but we didn't even know that this was a thing. We had a little difficulty finding the place when we first arrived but the owner, Guido, was there with us via Whatsapp to guide us the best he possibly could. When we found the parking he was waiting for us there and helped us to carry all our luggage to the apartment that was just a stone throw away. A really wonderful welcome. Despite this being an apartment rental, the owner Guido still makes the effort of offering breakfast by giving vouchers for two cafés in walking distance. Both absolutely lovely!

There is no free parking, so prepare for paying for the parking. There is, however, a guarded parking garage right next to the apartment building. Really convenient!
