"Superb"

Location was fantastic! Balcony has fabulous views! Bed was super comfortable as well!

Only thing for anyone to consider is if you turn in early you may have an issue with the concerts. There was one each night of our stay. We loved it as we got a front row seat but one lasted until midnight so those early to bed may want to be aware. Host Guido was so great and helpful! Very welcoming!!

"Great apartment and fantastic town centre a short walk away."

It was super clean with great views and close to town.

On first arriving we thought the area wasn’t good but short walk made up for it. Workmen started early on a weekday

"Hidden gem in Tivoli"

The flat was very clean and smelled great. The view from the room was absolutely incredible. The bathtub in the room was remarkable and the bed super comfortable. Guido was the best host anyone could hope for. He was incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out times, and very kind in all ways. He gave us lots of recommendations and discount vouchers to use in various restaurants in Tivoli. Apart from this, Guido was always available to help/give more recommendations.

Nothing bothered as too much. Overall, it seemed like a great place to stay.

The apartment was clean, plenty of space, great location and amazing views from the balcony, the balcony wrapped around the whole apartment which was great for the views of Tivoli. Guido was the best host, welcoming, informative, and generous with his time, he made us feel more than welcome and comfortable and made our trip to tivoli so special. Guido we can’t thank you enough for all the special little touches you made to our stay, we hope to be back one day! And thank you Steffano for our pistachio croissants each morning from the cafe/ bar across from the entrance of the building, they tasted amazing :)

That we couldn’t stay longer :(
