Charming Apartment - Amazing Downtown Location

Excellent location and spacious. Parking was sometimes a bit of a challenge but free in the streets around the unit. We had no trouble cooking, and there is a nice size dining room table. Beds are very comfortable and the sleeper couch was good. Communication with the owner was good, and the rooms had nice historic details. We enjoyed our stay!

Some people might be disturbed by the strong sulphur smell of the water. It was stronger than in other places we stayed (including in Reykjavik), but better if you avoid the hot water for hand washing. The living room and one bedroom look out on a garden, but one bedroom and the kitchen/bathroom do receive a decent amount of street noise (sometimes late at night). There is construction noise from down the road that you can hear around 8:00 in the morning.

Fantastic location, bus stops 13 and 9 were great for tour pick ups. Very close to swimming pool with hot pots. Supermarket close by too. Leave apartment, turn left and walk for 5 mins and you're in the centre of Reykjavik. Fabulous for the kids, they loved the back garden. Bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable. Quirky charm and decor that made the apartment very welcoming.

Kitchen was a little small but more than adequate for easy holiday meals.

Amazing downtown location as stated and at the end of Reykjavic main Street in a quiet residential location . Spacious for a group of 5 with a big size sitting and dining area and a big enough kitchen with modern amenities

Only one bathroom for the whole house - however that is typical for almost all European properties . No lift - could be challenging for Senior Citizens and tourists with heavy luggage

location was perfect for all our travel tours we booked, very close to bus stop 12 and bus stop 13 :) very warm accommodation as well. good utensils for cooking. value for money for sure due to the perfect location. climbed one flight of stairs to our apartment, not bad. hosts were very helpful and quick with responses. appreciate that.

could have offered bigger glasses/drinkware at home was one of my family members comment.

Great decor, quiet . Perfect location

The Microwave was set far too high . I couldn’t reach it . It could do with another comfy chair.
