Charming Apartment - Amazing Downtown Location

Good central location, nice and helpful host, good size of property, good price comparatively, washing machine. We had a good time just some things to improve as per below.

Front bedroom got noisy on weekends as no soundproofing, too few drinking glasses/no bread knife, too few lounge areas for amount of people (only 2-3 person sofa and then dining chairs for lounging).

only one bathroom for group of 4 or more

kitchen equipment wasn´t enough. We wanted just make spaghetti for 6 persons an it was little bit tricky. But we made it :) The bathroom was clean, bed were comfy 👌

The location and apartment where nice and comfy. We really liked the way the apartment looked and furniture and beds where good. And there is a bathtub, which is a bonus.

The service level for the agency in question was terrible. The was a problem about some missing kitchen utensils, but all mails where ignored and the phone went to someone with an indian accent, who was completely unable to help with anything. In that situation small issues becomes real problems.
