The location is quite goid if your room isn't situated to the main road what makes it a noisy experience. The hotel is quite new but I could already see signs of premature damage due to amateur maintenance.

First thing... the evening before our booking hotel sent me a message that they messed it up and they're overbooked. Therefore they will have to find us anither place for the 1st night of our 3 nights booking. The convo was so messy and unprofessional. At the end they sent me a contact for some vacant hotel so I could booked it on my own and pay for it! (fancy expensive place). I resisted so they booked it at the end and paid for it. Gotta say it was a tough job to navigate them through this, I had to supervise and insist the right solution all the time. Seccond issue.. When we arrived at the property, the check in took them 50 minutes. The crew is unprofessional bunch of kids that just made it from elementary, I couldn't believe my eyes to what I saw. I couldn't really rely on them with anything. They even had troubles to assort room numbers to room categories, that's how bad it was. They were not supervised by any senior, the manager is in other town so the kid crew can do whatever they can or please. The receptionist Bea was constantly looking in their phone finding the answers there instead of communicating the issue with me, some other teenager-kids arrived with her started giggling and playing around. Third issue.. At the end we were offered a dinner as an apologies, it was a bad joke. Just 1 option, as a drink artificially over sweetened ice tea. Fourth issue.. The breakfasts are not sufficient. Not many options, often empty with long waiting times to refill. Fifth issue.. we were 8 rooms, in 5 of them the towels were missing, to 2 of them they never delivered even over multiple requests. Sixth issue.. some bed sheets and towels were stained. Seventh issue.. one room smelled that bad that we had to transfer. At least that worked fast. Seriously, I've never had such a bad experience in place that is such a good looking at a first view. I'm wondering if the owner and investors knowiing what's happening at their property.

I like the location near town.

Poor management. Basic needs in the room is not provided need to ask the staff few times before it came, towel looks dirty and has stain, room smells bad.

We very much appreciated the variety of the breakfast buffet and the daily change of menu. Always great to have a complimentary meal.

We were very happy with the hotel and its facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the location. Close to town centre but far enough to provide peaceful surroundings. Bed extremely comfortable.
