The bed was good.

We were first taken to a room that we didn't book, but that was cleared up quickly. Our room was never cleaned. On the third day, we went to the desk to ask why our room wasn't being cleaned. We were then told that we needed to request cleaning by hanging a sign outside our room. We had no such sign in our room. So during our stay, our room was never cleaned. I had to request more toilet paper. We never received any water or coffee refills. We were simply ignored. There is a lovely bathtub in the bathroom, but there is no hot water. The hot water works in the shower and in the sink, but not in this lovely, useless bathtub. The breakfast is fairly lame. The scrambled eggs are probably cooked the day before and heated up. Dry and a bit burnt, even a bit blue on the bottom. I ate them the first day because I needed to eat something. We brought our own oatmeal the rest of the days. The coffee is awful. There was not toilet paper in the bathrooms downstairs. In general, the hotel suffers from neglect.

The only thing.. the location

El Nido is extremely overpriced!!! A 20$ night hotel costing 80$. The AC didn’t work properly and made a loud noise during the night (didn’t matter to be ON or OFF) Breakfast was like no breakfast (the few option were cold). I didn’t have the courage to eat it. The staff didn’t seem very happy to attend anyone. The other reviews are 100% real

The Facilities of the hotel is mainly good

the staff they are not really good at communication. I try to contact them earlier than the stay so I can settle my bills the responded so poorly.

Location to the Town Square, 1min walk.

Hotel was not clean. Bathroom mouldy, room ceilings mouldy, staff unpleasant and rude, room doesn’t come with towel and requests for towels are not always met in time (re-request multiple times), no ability to control aircon temperature, glass shower walls not sealed properly / seal wearing down which led to water leaking into the main room, every towel provided by hotel is stained, some bath towels arrived wet and smelt damp (used). For the amount paid for this room, it was a let down and what we experienced was not worth paying for.

The hotel lobby is nice and huge. I also like that it has a restaurant in the hotel.

The rooms need a lot of minor fixing. One of the rooms we had had a leak on the base of the toilet. The shower doesn't drain well, is poor design, and made. Swimming pool is dirty.
