Great location. Scooter rentals delivered to you which was a huge plus. Everything else was great, will definitely stay again

Would be nice if the entryway door shut by itself. Doesn't effect how I feel about my stay though.

This was a weird one as before we booked we could see a lot of very average and low reviews. On arrival, hotel looks super nice and fairly modern. Room was nice size and nice balcony. Huge potential but perhaps falling short on too many levels with management

Staff seem completely unorganised and are all lacking in basic hotel and hospitality skills. We checked in and the key didn’t work so had to go back down. But then realised there was no towels in the room so had to go ask for some, shampoo and shower gel dispensers empty. Breakfast was also at best a 2 out of 10. Awful quality food and no selection. I would recommend just removing breakfast option entirely if it’s going to be that bad.

good location (walking distance to beach & restaurants yet still felt quiet), breakfast included is always a plus, friendly staff, our room had balconies which we enjoyed, and the hotel has a nice little pool area

there was a weird smell in the room, some stains on the sheets, we also didn’t like that we were a room of four people but were only able to have one room key card - it was quite inconvenient

Good location. Walking distance to town. Spacious room and updated room amenities. Good for families (elevator, pool and spacious rooms). Sustainable initiatives: no single use plastic on toiletries, etc.

Can be improved property cleanliness (main hallways, stairs to the rooms), staff service level (hospitality training, handling guest requests and concerns). Breakfast options (intercontinental or American breakfast).

The sheets smells funny.

The room is not quite ready there is water on the bathroom but the staff are quick to resolve the issuue

No refrigerator

The property was close to the town square, few minutes walk to the restaurant, shops and bars. The breakfast buffet has good choices of food but they can improve the coffee. The rooms gets clean every day. The room is nice, big and spacious.

The reception could be improved with a little bit of professionalism. Occasionally we have insects and bugs coming to the room.
