King's house apartments

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Ivan und Simona waren unglaublich gastfreundlich und haben uns bei allen Anliegen sofort geholfen. Das Apartment ist modern, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Palermo zu erkunden. Alles war top – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento davvero molto moderno e comodo con posto auto interno e check-in dal vivo. Dotato di aria condizionata, a 10 minuti d'auto dal centro. Con ascensore e bella vista sul mare. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 una coppia + 1 altro ospite, avevamo 2 bagni e 2 stanze da letto è stato molto funzionale avere tanti spazi.

Tutto era molto soddisfacente. Consiglieremo soltanto, magari per il futuro, di aggiungere in bagno un piccolo kit di bagnoschiuma e shampoo.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. There are a lot of little sweet things like pictures on the walls and flowers. The kitchen if fully equipped and there’s a washing machine and the iron. The owners are very friendly! Once we asked for a warm blankets and got them in no time. We also were kindly allowed to stay several hours after the checkout time, as our flight was in the evening. It was a pleasant stay

Everything is ok

The location was great, easy walk to tram and within 10minutes you are in the old part of Palermo. There were shops,supermarkets and restaurants all around the apartment. Sitting on the balcony/s watching the sea or the street scene was a highlight. Secure car parking was also a reassuring addition.

As pointed out to the apartment agent the electric water jug was perishing (made of silicon). I am hoping yhey will replace it.

Very comfy modern apartments. Host was very hospitable. It was perfect for our stay. It was a short tram ride into Palermo city for activities.

Didn’t like that we had to make up the foldabed ourselves, but not a deal breaker. Also, cleaner came before our check-out time, so felt rushed.

La amabilidad de los anfitriones . Apartamento moderno y espacioso.

Los aldededores y las calles adyadcentes ,principalmente por el propio estado general de Palermo que parece dejado y decadente.

Struttura nuovissima arredata con gusto è molto pulita .anche se leggermente decentrata l’esperienza è positivissima. Torneremo sicuramente

Die Wohnung war toll in allen Belangen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, drei Balkone. Perfekte Lage, direkt am Meer (50m) - Costa Sud, Spiaggio Romagnolo. Viele Geschäfte mit frischen Produkten (Fisch, Fleisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot) in unmittelbarer Nähe, Supermärkte und Gastronomie (Civoleva als Tipp). Sehr gute Anbindung an das Stadt Zentrum (Tram Linie 1)
