USThe property was pretty clean, was pet friendly and well priced.
Our room seemed to be mid renovation. There were no hooks or hangers at all, no clothing bars to hang our hanging clothes, no hooks for jackets, coats, etc. not even towel bars or a toilet paper holder. I emailed the second day we were there to request more towels and/ or housekeeping but never heard back, so we only had two bath towels and no housekeeping for the week we were there. It was hard to keep the towels clean and dry with no towel racks.

False advertisement. My room said king bed I got a full size bed. Also showed closets or shelving which my unit did not have. We arrived an hour after we could check in and the room was still dirty from last occupants. We attempted to reach out to staff but no one would return my messages or calls. Finally, a nice summer tennet knew the old manager and she was able to get the cleaning team out. Once they cleaned it, it was a decent room at most. No one ever attempted to return my messages or return my calls.

Right when we walked in it didn't look like it was cleaned. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, since everything looked okay. Then we noticed the bathroom looked worse for wear, like literally the paint on the tile got worn down to expose the original tile color. Then we noticed an exposed wire/lightbulb situation. On our second day we decided to stay somewhere else since there was an insect infestation of some sort. I contacted the property and got no answer. I'm currently disputing the charge on my credit card since I think if there is an active insect infestation in the room we should get our money back.
USUSthis is the second time I have stayed as it is so close to my work downtown that I literally walk out the door at the time my shift starts. not having to wait around for long check in is such a breeze as well.
