Appartement très confortable, très bien aménagé, fonctionnel, très bien situé proche Office de tourisme, bus, marina, Centre commercial.

Juste les rideaux de la chambre qui laissent apparaître le jour sur les côtés

A wc era bastante agradável.

Não gostei de não ter tv virada para a cama. Não gostei da tv não ser smart tv. Não gostei da falta de conforto e dimensão do sofá. Não chega para duas pessoas. Não gostei da falta de privacidade. Não se pode andar despido dentro de casa sem ter de fechar as cortinas porque os escritórios em frente veem o interior todo do apartamento. Não gostei de não ter como cortar a luz do dia na totalidade porque não existem estores apenas cortinas que deixam entrar a luz, logo todos os dias às 6 e tal da manhã mal o dia nasce, acordávamos. Não gostei de haver 3 almofadas apenas, ou seja, se duas pessoas quiserem duas almofadas, há guerra. Não gostei de pagar 64eur de taxa de limpeza e ninguém limpou nada uma única vez. Não gostei de haver apenas 3 rolos de papel higiénico dos pequenos para 7 dias num apartamento e caso quisesse mais tinha de pagar. Não gostei de ter reservado com bastante antecedência, e quando entrámos no quarto em questão, não era o que me foi apresentado nas fotos no ato da reserva no Booking. Ficámos no quarto com menos privacidade e sem varandas para o exterior junto ao apartamento de serviços. A máquina de lavar roupa desse apartamento quando torce a roupa após lavar parece um camião a trabalhar em termos de ruído, e o quarto que nos deram tem paredes em pladur para o apartamento dos serviços. Não é preciso dizer mais nada sobre ruído. Podia continuar mas fico por aqui.

Lokalizacja- centrum, bardzo blisko do restauracji, wszystko w zasięgu ręki tak naprawdę. Apartament był bardzo czysty, pięknie pachniało w środku mieszkania. W połowie pobytu ( po około 4 dniach) apartament był wyczyszczony, zmieniona została pościel i ręczniki - mega na plus.

Hałas dobiegający nawet nie z ulicy tylko z apartamentów obok- prawdopodobnie to wina konstrukcji budynku a nie właściciela.

Jammer dat de ramen alleen gewone gordijnen hadden en niet ook nog vitrage: vanuit de overkant kan men zo naar binnen kijken als je de gordijnen open hebt. Duurt erg lang eer er warm water is: zonde van het koude water dat zo wegspoelt.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment overall. It’s a great self-service option, especially for guests who plan to spend most of their time out exploring. The space has all the basic essentials you need, super clean and the separate self-service laundry room is a useful feature for those who are interested. great central location

There are just a few small improvements that could really enhance the comfort of future guests. Firstly, better blackout curtains in the bedroom would make a big difference. There is a bright outdoor light just outside the building wall, and if you’re used to sleeping in a dark room, it can be a bit disruptive. This feels like a simple fix that would greatly improve sleep quality. Secondly, there is only one mirror in the apartment, located in the bathroom, and there are no nearby plugs. This makes it a bit inconvenient, especially for tasks like drying or styling hair. Adding a mirror in the bedroom—perhaps the wall near the window where a plug is available—would be a very practical and easy improvement. Another small point is around the coffee machine. The booking description mentioned that a coffee machine is provided, but it didn’t specify that it is a filter coffee machine rather than a more modern pod-style machine. We had assumed it would be a pod machine, so clearer information in the listing would help guests know what to expect or bring with them. Lastly, the towel situation could be reconsidered. We were provided with one Large towel each for a week-long stay, which wasn’t ideal. I did ask if it would be possible to get two extra towels, but was told this would come at an additional cost and that we could instead use the laundry facilities. While I understand the self-service concept, most guests wouldn’t expect to spend part of their holiday doing laundry. In addition, for some guests—particularly women—having more than one Large towel over the course of a certain week can be a practical necessity rather than a luxury. Providing an extra towel per guest for stays longer than a few days would make the experience much more comfortable. Overall, this is a nice, practical clean place to stay, and with just a few small adjustments, it could offer an even better experience for guests.

We arrived @ property @ 12.20am as advised We could not gain access When the Agent turned up @ 1am he let us into an adjacent appartment as somebody was already in our apartment This was frustrating due to the lateness of the hour and the unfamiliar surroundings The agent did answer my call when I called them and was at the property 30 minutes later - We were tired dn frustrated and the following day lived with the uncertainty of being moved to another apartment (which we were agreeable to if needed) - but in the end we were not moved The staff at all times were polite and attempted to resolve. It was a pity this was not addressed earlier. I had 2x missed called from the agent while on thee runway in shannon as our flight was about to take off - but no message or preadvance wanring of the imending difficulty on our arrival and then the 30 minute wait after I had to call them after multiple attmpts to get into the aprtment
