DESehr gut. Frisch renoviert, und für eine Ferienwohnung optimal
Kleine Schönheitsfehler bei Installationen, die aber meines Erachtens schnell und unkompliziert zu beheben sind. Der beauftragte Handwerker der Renovierung war in wenigen Punkten etwas nachlässig, bzw. nicht genau vom Fach. Dies hat aber den Urlaub nicht getrübt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

ESLocation is great, close to the bus stop. The kitchen has enough equipment, everything was clean.
ESEl alojamiento está muy bien, súper bien ubicado, cerca de todo lo más interesante de Funchal. Las instalaciones renovadas, con alguna necesidad de mantenimiento pero que no impiden el disfrute del viaje.
No nos coincidió buen tiempo en Madeira, lo supimos unos días antes, intentamos hacer un cambios de fechas pero no nos lo permitieron. Para otros viajeros, les aconsejo que se cubran respecto a esta posibilidad.

Nada de mt relevante. Se tivesse de dizer alguma coisa, só a falta de mais luz direta mas é o preço a pagar por casas mais antigas e centrais.

LTA great place to stay right in the city center, with several beautiful parks nearby, as well as the harbor and the old town just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a cozy balcony and all the essential amenities.
SKSvetlo v spálni bolo nedostačujúce, boli tam dve lampy, ale v jednej nebola žiarovka. Po dopytovaní nám bola doplnená. Avšak svetlo v chodbe neustále blikalo a nedala sa toto osvetlenie vôbec používať. Toto sa im nepodarilo odstrániť počas nášho pobytu. Dvere vchodové boli síce bezpečnostné, ale pokým ste ich nezamkli dvere sa nedali zatvoriť a neustále sa otvárali.
ESMuy buena ubicacion a 3 minutos andando de todo el centro, con parking cerca para aparcar privado. Excelente ambiente y unas vistas impresionantes
