Lovely studio apartment in Norwich city centre

The location was amazing - very close to the city Center. For 1 person the size was perfect, the kitchen was not too small and the natural light through the doors lit up the whole place nicely.

Dishes were left dirty.

It was well located to the centre. About 10-15 min walk. Felt very safe during day light and the area is nice with some nice food options around.

It was super dusty. All the furniture was covered in dust (even some parts of the floor). And every corner of the house in cobwebs. The whole place needed to be vacuumed and surfaces wiped down. When me and my friend arrived, there was still poo unflushed in the toilet too. The bedsheets seemed to have multiple holes in them possibly caused by burning? There was no way to turn off the heating other than one of the radiators’ dial but the house still heated up way too much especially overnight. On the way home from the centre at night, if you’re a woman, you may feel a bit scared as some paths do not have lights.

The apartment was basic. The kitchen could have been cleaner, however bathroom was clean. The entry key code box was difficult to open. But overall good.

Insufficient cutlery [forks].

The big sofa beside the French window gives the flat a luxury feel. The shower was lovely and warm at a standard pressure which I found comfortable. Great selection of channels on the TV.

The key: I've stayed before and you have to jiggle the key in the lock to get in. This was stressful on my first visit as I thought the key didn't work and that I'd be sleeping in the corridor. I also helped other guests on a subsequent visit to a separate flat by telling them that the key to this flat needs to be jiggled. The bed: There was an additional rug on top of the bed which was good for warmth. However, I smelt it and I think it needs a wash. The kitchen: Could do with some spare cutlery - forks I think. Wifi: dropped once or twice but came back quickly.

Warm, clean and comfortable

The key needs to be jiggled in the lock to open the door. There was no tea, coffee or biscuits, like in the other flats in this complex. There was no separate shower gel, like in the other flats in this complex. There was no scrubbing pad to wash the dishes, like in the other flats in this complex. There was no tea towel to dry the dishes, like in the other flats in this complex. The TV channel selection was "odd" - ITV seemed to be mostly Uzbeki channels.
