Hotel O Grand Executive

The Air conditioning was good. Good location.

Room had cockroach 🪳, no water in washroom when needed. Lift was not operating most of the time.

Absolutely nothing

The rooms we got to stay were very pathetic. 1.Flush was not working in room 103 and they were bringing people at 10 o clock in the night to fix it 2.Flush was leaking in room 104 all night and the commode itself was leaking from the bottom 3. Bedding was stained and filthy 4. Windows were not cleaned for a while and even a cigrette butt was there. 5. AC and water heater was not working. 6. We were 3 friends and had booked 2 rooms due to their false ad. When we arrived each room had place for 3 to sleep. But we had to take 2 rooms anyway due to their dumb policy 7. After complaining to the manager the just said that all other hotels are booked.. so you must deal with it..

Location was nice, the manager was very helpful.

The food at the restaurant is quite bad. The staff are too laid back and need to be reminded multiple times for things such as tea, extra mattresses, etc.

Big and clean room a/c cooling was good. Staff conopeeative

Lot of improvisati8n is required for breakfast. Very limited choice and quality was inferior. In nut shell b/f was only for name sake. One may consider the package as " only room.
