"Pathetic, it was a lodge converted to a treebo hotel"

The restaurant was not operational, breakfast when asked to be served early was refused. Finally we checked out at 7 am

"When You don't have any option"

Room were not ready when we reached at 3 PM. There is water supply problem in toilet which was not rectify during our stay. Pillow cover did not changed. Provided only 1 towel between 2 people. What Treebo expect we have to carry all Items for stay ? These are the basic things which needs to be provided even without asking.

Seems Treebo is not willing to Improve service.This hotel was earlier with OYO, only logo changed but attitude is same. I won't recommend anyone to stay unless no option available. Staff needs to be trained and training is must. I stayed earlier in Treebo but service is degrading day by day. Don't know if audit conducted and correct instructions given. Will think 10 times before booking any Treebo accommodation in future. The moment book the room message calls coming for payment and force to pay ASAP though written in booking documents that payment at Check-in.
