Hotel O Grand Executive

Room was fine. There were mosquitoes in the room and no mosquito repellent provided Hotel WiFi was very slow No toilet paper in the bathroom. Water heating wasn't well. Has to frequently switch off and switch on the tap to get hot water.

The Room size and bed was nice.

The bathroom was in very bad condition. Shower was not working and there was no mirror in the room.

Staff was cooperative.

Room was not so clean. There was lot of dust everywhere. Toilet / Bathroom was not clean. There was no water pressure. It was taking 5-10 minutes for filling the flush. We needed to call the manager two times. He cleaned the taps & then pressure increased a little. But not for flush. Location was 15 Km. from Aurangabad, that too on the other side of all main sightseeing places.

Nothing. It is basic.

Even the generator was there, receptionist told it is not working and whole night we slept without power and with mosquitos. When we need to take shower in the morning he started generator.

Not good, disappointed in every matter

In case of power failure they don't have backup at all whole night we spent without light fan and AC I talked with customer care treebo they also didn't support worst service don't book this premises for what I have to paid the amount i didn't understand

The room was good and clean.

At first when we entered we had booked a room for 3 people i.e Me, My brother and his wife. But when the receptionist saw us he said to book another room as they don't provide room for 2 boys and a single girl. After explaining to him for more than 15mins at the reception that they are my family and showing him the Aadhar Card and Marriage certificate which he had demanded. He allowed us to stay. The bathroom door was broken, no locks, waterflow was very poor, had to wait for an hour after calling the room to service to give us toilet papers as they were also finished. Overall my experience was pretty bad.
