The best place ever ❤️, just 2 steps from local restaurants and ferry, great view on the lake

Location, comfortable bed and bathroom facilities were fine.

Could not see to unlock the lock because it is too dark. Had to ask a stranger to open the combination.

Great location in lovely Varenna.

The room needed a deep clean-there was a dirty blanket on bed.and the shower drain was clogged. Communication could be improved. We did not receive check in information or the key code- instead we received a large amount of information about how to check out including how not to steal towels etc. Which did not feel welcoming.

Location was super great! Close to the town and ferry.

Great location in Varenna, spectacular view of the water and lovely sized room with bathroom, would highly recommend staying here

Place hadn’t been cleaned from the previous tenant so there was a delay in checking in, hosts were super apologetic but waited till 4 to check in so the delay was an inconvenience

The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice having products in the shower. The kitchen was easy to use.

Would have liked more pans and lids in the kitchen. There were very few choices for being able to cook hot meals. It would have been convenient having a live person on site. It was inconvenient to have no one.

The location was great.

The communication was bad. The property management was not professional. They didn’t answer our request from the beginning to the end of our stay. That caused us lot of inconvenience . We asked the contact of the owner , but they rejected it. We wanted to let the owner know about it. The apartment is a little bit noisy because of the opposite house . There is a kitchen of the pizzeria and a home of the staff. And they are noisy
