CHIAVE DI VOLTA Lovely Guesthouse with Terrace

The location was great and it was easy to get everywhere.

I think the listing was a bit misleading. We did not realize we would be sharing the house with other families so it would get pretty loud late at night and in the early mornings when people were coming and going. The room we had was downstairs by the kitchen so we did not have a terrace. It did look like there was a terrace for everyone to share but no ocean or Mountain View.

I loved the view throught the balcony and the Italian vibe of the room and the whole house.

Nice convenient location and comfortable. Well equipped and well stocked kitchen. Sergio was very helpful and communicated effectively.

The room was on the first floor and we had some difficulty lugging suitcases up.

Property was clean and in the perfect location

The location is excellent, conveniently situated within walking distance to all of Varenna's attractions. The building is a charming guesthouse with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a cozy terrace upstairs offering a beautiful view of the lake. It's an ideal choice if you're traveling with a group and can book all three available rooms.

The guesthouse was charming and well-equipped with all the essentials. While the room had air conditioning, it wasn’t the most effective. There was a small terrace with a nice view, but it was shared between two bedrooms (we were fortunate to have one while our friends had the other). It might feel a bit awkward to spend time on the terrace if you were sharing it with people you didn’t know. I would recommend getting a group together and booking out the three rooms!
