Location was excellent!!

I thought my terrace had a view of lake but it did not. Other than that it was great!

Guesthouse is located in a fantastic Position! Short walk to everything Bathroom good size Shared kitchen well equipped

Room was smaller then expected and quite basic, terrace is small and divided in half with no view of lake… But guesthouse is located in a great location Easy walking to all restaurants and lake and highlights

PERFECT location in the most wonderful part of Varenna. Every you need in a shared kitchen (shared with just one other room). Felt very private and lovely. Could have asked for much more!

The balcony we had didn’t have a view of the water but it was still quite nice.

Wow, we absolutely loved this place. To start, it is centrally located, and very easy to get anywhere in Varenna (and therefore the other towns on Lake Como). The apartment was cozy and had such a lovely view from the balcony. Plus, there is AC, which is a huge bonus!

It was pretty loud with other guests in the building—but that is to be expected in such an old building.

The place was beautiful and clean, and the staff were super helpfull and kind. I broke my foot in the apartment and they were very kind to help - Thank you Giulia and Riccardo!!

Location fabulous close to waterfront and plaza- loved the balcony and view of the water. Room comfortable and clean and great having access to kitchen if needed.

Very friendly staff, well located in the town.

Property was mouldy, it was difficult to breathe in some of the rooms and at the entrance, pillows were hard, furniture was ancient, there were no views of the lake.

Great location, best part of Varenna to stay

It’s like a lot of Varenna, it’s old and a little funky. The entry is pretty dank.

Was not very clean- cobwebs in the shower, dust all over the light fixtures, walls, furniture Horrible sheets and towels
