The mattress on the bed could be more comfortable. Honestly, it isn't difficult to replace that mattress with a better quality mattress. It was too thin and rather uncomfortable. The cleaning staff needs to be checked up on, and inspection by someone in charge would be good. The flat was clean. However, there was a fair amount of dust behind the sofa, etc. A hook or 2 to hang up the towels in the bathroom would also be a good addition. The kettle in the pantry was appallingly covered in limescale. I had to go down to the local Tesco and get some descaling products to descale the kettle before I could use it. These aren't huge complaints or issues. However, fine tuning these things will make the experience of using this living space even better.

AUGreat facilities, plenty of room, and well located in Windsor. We walked to everything we wanted to see and do.
I would prefer a ground floor apartment, the steps are a little tricky to navigate with a suitcase.
