For understandable reasons, the owner is struggling between services quality and cost. Guests are required to deal with ganache and dish wash. So most of the cups are not well cleaned and need to be done again by the next guest. Different room will provide very different experiences. It’s better to be reasonably transparent to guests in advance.

Otelin konumu harika idi ve oda içindeki; çay,kahve,kek ve benzeri ürünler bol miktarda idi. Karşılama harika idi. Asansör bizim için farklı bir deneyim oldu.

İkiz kulelere çok yakındı ve ışıklandırması harika idi ama sürekli değişen ışıklar perde olmasına rağmen üst kısımdan tavana yansıyordu. Bizim için sorun olmadı çünkü hergün 30 bin adım atmışız.. Ama uyku problemi olanlar için rahatsız edebilir. Bir de yatak altı bir daha iyi temizlenebilirdi.

You simply cannot beat the location in the historic center on a shopping street that is closed to cars on the weekends, one block from the Piazza Maggiore and in the heart of the market district. The room is large, airy and comfortable with plenty of storage. We did not hear any street noise as the windows are double paned. Paolo, our host, showed us how to work everything in the room when we arrived and has compiled a large array of information on nearby sights and restaurants. He was happy to help with anything we needed. We asked for some extra pillows, and voila, they appeared. The kitchenette is simple but was sufficient for our needs. There is a coffee maker and some prepackaged pastries for breakfast, but there are literally three cafes within a block.

This is an old building so there are old building things. The elevator is wonky and if people on the upper floors don't shut the doors properly, the elevator won't work. The shower in our room required a step up because it had obviously been retrofitted. It wasn't a problem for us, but it may be a problem for someone with mobility challenges. Also, water pressure can vary during busy shower times.

The location is unbeatable. We were a little nervous about the street noise but with the windows closed you could hardly hear a thing. In the heart of bologna, huge room with small kitchenette. The only issue was the hair dryer was very weak and came apart easily and I had wished I brought my own, but it wasn't a big enough deal to even complain about as everything else was perfect!
