Η τοποθεσία ειναι σε πολύ ωραίο κεντρικό σημείο.

Αρχικά ανοίγεις μια κεντρική πορτα σε όροφο η οποία εχει κατι σαν γραφειο τυπου ρεσεψιον που δεν ειναι ποτέ κανένας άνθρωπος, και μεσα σε αυτό το τυπου διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν δωμάτια με απλη πορτα εισόδου, σπιτιού με δυο χερούλια που ανοίγουν δηλ. και απο μεσα και απο έξω, και πρέπει καθε φορα που μπαίνεις να κλειδώνεις να μην σου ανοίξει κανεις την πόρτα. Ηχομόνωση μηδέν ..ουτε απο πορτα ουτε απο τα επάνω διαμερίσματα ..Διακοσμηση οτι πιο οικονομικό απλο λιτό , καμια ανταπόκριση στα λεφτα που δώσαμε . Ντους πολύ στενό, και νερό για μπάνιο με το σταγονόμεντρο ...Το κρεβάτι απαράδεκτο, καθώς και το ένα και μοναδικο μαξιλάρι, ξεκούραση ύπνου δηλ. μηδέν ..Καθαριότητα το γνωρίζαμε οτι δεν υπήρχε παρά, μονο κατόπιν ζήτησης, και οταν ζητήσαμε καθαριότητα χωρίς αλλαγή σεντονιών μας ζητησαν 30 ευρώ..για 15 λεπτά καθαριότητας... Το βράδι κλείνει η κεντρική θερμανση δηλ. κρυωνεις απλά...και οταν παραπονεθήκαμε μας ειπαν οτι δεν φταίνε αυτοί και ειναι θέμα κτιρίου, αν θελουμε να μας φέρουν και άλλο πάπλωμα...Πολλά λεφτά για το τίποτα η γενική εικόνα αρκετά απογοητευτικό.

Location was great, walking distance to most iconic places, cafes and restaurants. Public transport metres away.

Room to small, 3rd floor, lift issues constantly, (walk stairs up/down). Many other issues, residents noise, 2 days to fix bathroom issue, not a place to recommend.

Ubicación excelente. Es un edificio señorial reformado y modernizado con las comodidades actuales. Paolo nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y nos dio toda la información necesaria.

The property is very well located. Main attractions are by walking distance (Piazza Maggiore, Nettuno, the towers...). Lots of restaurants also nearby. Very easy to move around. Studio is cozy, simple but effective. I was welcomed at the appartment by Sofia who was super nice and friendly - and explained to me all I needed to know for my stay.

The only downside of my stay in the studio is that the building is a bit old, therefore there was a lot of noise coming from the appartment above like the tv playing very loud, footsteps, doors banging and even people talking. The most unpleasant was that it was also happening in the middle of the nights, so not great when you really need to rest. Not sure how this could be improved as this is a private building but just know that if you stay in the studio, you might get annoyed by loud noise from above.

The location was great. Paolo was so helpful and kind. The room was light. It was very clean and tidy.👍

While making reservation, I thought it had city view. Inner view was a bit disappointing. The walls were so thin that we heard everything from the nextdoors.😅

Amazing central location. The support from the staff was amazing. Very clean room.
