Edificio muy céntrico y conveniente para visitar todos los enclaves, muy amable Ilaria recepcionandonos, comunicación muy sencilla por app de Booking.com y whatsapp, detalles de desayuno (café, bollos…).

La habitación es pequeña, no tiene los metros que dice en absoluto, la habitación 10 da a una zona donde se vacían las botellas y demás contenedores de basura y el ruido te despierta a altas horas de la noche, almohada baja y dura, pedimos una adicional a recepción pero no funciona los fines de semana y el lunes dijo no tener disponibles, tiene falta de mantenimiento en el baño.

Spotless, very efficient check-in and out. Compact - but had everything we needed. So central, right in the heart of Piazza Maggiore. Beautiful building.

The noise at night. The endless recycling of glass bottles. How is it even allowed in an area where people live. If you can sleep with ear plugs there’s probably no problem but we can’t, so unfortunately there was a lot of broken sleep.

place was ok, check in worked, but cost extra.

trying for weeks to get an invoice. still have not managed to get the late check in fee to be reflected as well.
