Very helpful and approachable staff. Our room was enormous and well equipped, big bottles of water in the fridge, and showed us where extra toiletries were if we needed them. Location is absolutely perfect for doing anything in Bologna - you are literally seconds from Quadrilatero, Piazza Maggiore, etc. Beautiful building itself and the room is very nice.

Old historical building , was beautiful. Location was perfect in city center. Paolo was a great host and was helpful when we needed information.

Right at the heart of Bologna, one block away from Piazza Maggiore and close to everything in the city. The room is small but pleasant, toiletries and a welcoming kit with coffee pods and sweets will cheer you up right away for a fresh start. Room was tidy and bed comfy 20min walk from Bologna Centrale and probably very conveniently connected once the tram works are finished down the main avenue.

Maybe it was a bit small but it's alright.
