Very clean. In a good location.

The place is nice but very expensive. I paid on booking the full amount but the reception charged me 10OMR for third person’s breakfast upon arrival, even though this was paid online. 10OMR is too much for breakfast. Plus finally two trays of breakfast were provided instead of three. And the food was not clean and not tasty and not as described.

A very beautiful hotel in a 400 year old house in the center of Nizwa old town. All rooms very tasteful in traditional Omani style. Very high standard in the rooms and beautiful bathrooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful, historicl old building, really helpful staff and amazing location. The hotel couldn't have been more kind in picking us up from parking, giving us tips and a tour of the building. Nizwa is worth a visit.

Our room was right off the reception, and with very little noise or light isolation. We were woken up multiple times late at night, and at 6am due to this. Definitely ask for rooms not by reception! Overall it was very overpriced - spending almost $200 to sleep in what felt like a cupboard that looked nothing like the pictures for what I booked.

It was a beautiful authentic stay. The accommodation was stunning.
