Tout est pourri. Le frigo est moisi, le wifi déconnecte toutes les 5 minutes, la climatisation fuit, les draps sont sales, pas d'eau chaude. MAIS LE PIRE : PIQUÉ TOUTE LA NUIT PAR DES PUNAISES DE LIT !!! BEDBUGS !! L'un des pires hôtels de toute ma vie.

Location near to beach.

The room was in very close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was a good size room with a fridge which is always handy. The A/C worked well. The bed was a good size and was comfy and the bedding was clean. There was a good supply of hot water. The price for the location was cheap.

The bathroom would have benefitted from a good clean but it was ok. The light on the the little terrace outside the room needed to be brighter

• Great location, right in the heart of Palolem, benefiting from the close by amenities and near enough to hear the rolling waves from the sea, only a block away, both day and night. • Comfortable room with a fridge, TV, good inside fan and aircon. • Wi-fi works well (when Palolem isn’t suffering a periodic power-cut – not Blue Mirage's fault). • Feeling of security. • Attended all the time by Bomi who is always helpful and very attentive.

• Rooms would benefit from fan use out on the veranda to carry on that outside feeling – there is little breeze in the courtyard as it is enclosed (this enclosure does add to all rooms’ security). • The advantage of a foldable clothes airer would be enormous. This airer could easily be stored in the bathroom. Drying clothes on outside furniture as is currently undertaken, has many downfalls. These small suggestions (compared to big positives noted above) would be of help to Blue Mirage's benefits.

Really good location, very close to the beach but not directly on the main road.

The room was a bit dark.

Needs some serious work. Very tired rooms, broken tiles, broken light fittings, holes in sheets, worn out towels.
