Location was good and facilities were clean. A fan was provided which helped in the hot weather. Having a parking space was brilliant.

Could do with a back window so that you can have air flow through the property. An extractor fan is not enough even with a separate fan running in hot weather. Surround of bathroom door needs replacing at bottom by shower. Would be nice to have TV connected to aerial for normal viewing.

Good information about the property sent ahead of arriving , all felt stress free. Bed was comfortable, linen & pillows were good quality. Takeaway menus in the drawer. Teabags for a much needed cup of tea. TV -it’s a rare treat to watch in bed.

There is no outside space & the only door that opens faces a driveway & a road. Need access to a broom to brush floor as it got easily dirty -all caused by me but would have been good to have been able to sweep it up. Perhaps a folder with local info such as nearest shop, restaurant suggestions, places to visit etc -bit of local knowledge.

The property is clean and compact with a comfortable bed and nice white bedding and towels . Fridge,iron , hairdryer and crockery etc were perfect. Parking outside door is great .

There wasn’t much hanging space , luckily cases fitted under bed. Some coat hooks by entrance door and in the bathroom for hand towel and toiletry bags would have been helpful . It’s very small as is a converted single garage .
