"Great Value but not convenient"

Seaporth Studio is a nice place to stay in if you intend to prepare your own food as it provides a kitchenette. It also saves you money on car parking cost. The cleaner is brilliant as she made the room available for us, as quickly as she could so we can rest as we decided to arrive in the morning.

The location is so uphill that we thought we are going to pass out. It is not advisable if you are not fit. It is advisable to get an Uber Taxi to take you back from the beach.

Great location, handy key entry method, nice, smart and very clean. Driveway parking a huge bonus too.

Nothing really. If we’re being fussy then it would have been nice to have been able to open a window, but totally understand that in a ground floor studio it might not be feasible.

"2 night St Ives getaway"

Location was excellent. Host Beth was very accomodating. The room was clean and mostly everything we needed for our stay. Compared to other properties and local B&Bs our stay was good value considering the time of year and location.

Not much air flow due to lack of windows, very stuffy overnight. Missing a couple of things which I guess we take for granted from other stays / Airbnb's, for example, shower gel and milk for tea - however, this did not impact our stay massively as we were only staying for 2-nights and was out all day.
