It’s a converted single garage without any adequate ventilation and the photos are “cunning”. However other reviews have already highlighted anything I can type

modern facilities , nice bathroom etc. Good to have free parking on site.

A bit more space would have been ideal but it was fine for just the 2 of us as we were out most of the time

The large coffee cups, large towels. Nice shower.

It was the smallest apartment I’ve ever stayed in - more a bedsit. Neat and clean but no windows for fresh air. Big glass entrance sliding door right by the bed - blinds and curtains needed to be drawn all the time for privacy.

It was very clean and it had nice bed linen and towels. It was well equipped.

It was very small. Bathroom super tiny. No space in studio .

We liked the location being at the top of town so we could have easy access coming and leaving without having to go through the busy town. Our host kindly lent us some blankets for the Minack Theatre, which was very kind.

We would love to have had a window to open at night as we didn't want to leave the sliding door open. A broom would be great too.

Very Clean, modern easy parking in a place where parking is really difficult. Owner helpful & easy access.

Uncomfortable. Nowhere to sit, had to sit on bed or perch on stool for 5 days. Shower room too small, hand wash basin like a fruit bowl, TV terrestrial channels inaccessible, ugly, dragging curtains at front of glass doors of, what seems like a nicely converted garage,

Very clean and the parking was a bonus.

A bit smaller than I was expecting. Basically you're in a converted garage.
