Serenity by the Sea Ultimate Beachfront Escape

The property was wonderful. Perfect location, very clean and updated.

Unfortunately, we did not have any confirmation of how to get into the property. As of the day before our stay, we had not been provided any information as to how to get in to the property. I had sent an email to what Booking.com determined was the property manager's email and I got no response. I then tried to call the property manager's number that was provided by Booking.com and the phone wouldn't even ring. It was very frustrating. Thankfully we had my nephew with us who guessed that the door code was the last 4 digits of my phone number. If it weren't for him trying that, we would have had to work with Booking.com to get information and who knows how long that would have taken. You need to make sure that you are communicating with travelers about how they access the property.

Low to the floor furniture, no storage drawers in bedrooms (lived out of suitcases), no furniture on the lanai, minor issues with dishwasher and refrigerator. Instructions for TV would have been nice.

The house was clean and beautiful. Amazing views. Great location. It had everything we needed to make an awesome family vacation.

Location is perfect. directly across street from beach . quiet side of town. perfect spot if you're looking for quiet beach time without the crowd. we were lucky enough to meet the couple who care take the property and asked for some advice on hiking spots. Beautiful people. so nice to meet them. Very close to the Polynesian Culture Center, which is also worth the visit. this is our second time there and was a great way to spend the day. We are a family of 5 and this property is so much more convenient than a hotel room , for our needs. We were able to wash our clothes at night and have movie nights in the living room. The house had all the amenities would could need. Only recommendation I would have is a dresser in the rooms to put your clothes away , but the fact that there are no dressers do help to keep a clean open look to the home. There was also trash bags , dish soap and washing detergent for clothes washer. All of these items really made our stay very comfortable. The staff answered questions by text quickly and were very easy to get a hold of .

there was nothing I didn't like about the property. We had a great time and hope to return again soon and stay at this home .

The location is perfect! The house is a really great size with all the amenities. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had. Cannot wait to visit again.

The only downside is there isn’t AC. There are overhead fans and box fans, but it’s still a little warm.

Close to the beach and hiking area.

Noisy as the house next to the street can hear traffic. Window and door screen were broken and mosquitoes and flies were everywhere. Windows were super dirty so could not view outside.

The location was perfect. Short drive to pipeline with beautiful Ma’akua ridge trail hike access a 5 minute walk. The home was cozy and had everything someone could need for cooking and laundry.

No complaints at all!

Updated and pretty. Great location!

It desperately needs AC for when the winds aren’t blowing.
