Nap Bristol City Centre

The apartment was clean and spacious, not far from the train station, several nice places to eat very close. Comfy beds, complementary coffee and excellent shower

Nothing really big, we just felt like a hanger near the entry door could have helped.

Location and cleanliness were great. Rooms were well-sized, had ensuites with towel warmers and beds were really soft and comfortable.

The bathroom sinks were backing up and the wifi was quite slow.

3 bedrooms, easy to get around

No blinds on any windows or velux so hard to sleep in the summer. The carpet had a lot of dirty marks on it

Que se veía bonito

Que todo estaba mal instalado. Lo más importante: dormimos dos noches con la puerta del apartamento abierto (cualquiera podía abrirla) porque el cerrojo no funcionaba, ni con la llave, ni con el sistema de cierre afuera. El switch de la luz del lavabo se caía y no la podías encender. La tapa de la papelera se desprendía y cada vez que le dabas a la palanca para abrirla. Lo peor de todo, aún estamos esperando que los anfitriones nos respondan el primer mensaje que les dejamos por aquí por booking y los mensajes de teléfono que dejamos. Ya ni voy a hablar sobre los yonquis que habían a veces tirados fuera del portal drogándose.

Had difficulty operating hob,shower holder broken

Close to city centre, well equipped, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker. Staff very helpful.

Air conditioning would have been good - we were there during a heatwave. Some more cutlery(spoons) and scissors would be useful.
